Vyora follows a rigorous 4-level screening process to identify the best talent across Delhi NCR and surrounding urban centers. Our Delhi base gives us access to a large, educated workforce pool — supporting high-quality voice, non-voice, and digital customer experience operations.

Screening Round

General screening including an interview round aligned to the job description matrix.

Aptitude Round

General aptitude, English proficiency, communication skills, and typing speed tests (where required).

Voice / Non-Voice Round

MTI check (if required), communication assessment via one-on-one interview using our curated checklist.

Operations Round
