Aptitude Round
General aptitude, English proficiency, communication skills, and typing speed tests (where required).
Voice / Non-Voice Round
MTI check (if required), communication assessment via one-on-one interview using our curated checklist.
Operations Round
Final evaluation and assessment by the operations leadership team.
Screening Round
